Delete Old Pm's

As PM's are read and left in the database, you may decide to clear out the old one's. You have three choices on which to delete and you will do this by age.

First choice is to delete all old PM's accourding to their age. Enter a number values (such as for 1 Month), choose the day, weeks months or years from the dropdown menu, then click the "Remove All" button to begin.

Second option is to delete all old Viewed PM's that your authors have already seen. Do as above to use this option.

Last option removes all Unviewed PM's that are a certain age you choose. Do as above to use this option.
