View Pm's

PM's are Personal Messages between admin and the authors of your site. If your authors message you, you will see a red number signifiying you have a new message(s).

As you can see, the red number "1" means you have 1 new Personal Message from an author.

When you click on the "View Pms" link, you will see all your messages that you've read and haven't deleted, and new messsages.

New messages are signified by a exclamation point image before the message title as shown above. After that is the message title, and the author's name. After clicking on and of the message links, you will be able to read that message and respond to it.

Below the author's message, on the same page is the reply box.

Simply type in your response message to that author and click on the "Reply" button to send them your answer, and your message will show up next time the author logs into his/her author account!
